Building Material Systems
Six product systems that cover the wet-room and floor build-up from substrate to surface: waterproof tile backer boards, dry underfloor heating panels, uncoupling membrane, snap-lock framing, XPS insulation and custom aluminum fabrication. All manufactured in-house and shipped factory-direct to wholesalers, distributors and project buyers.
Pick the layer you need
Every system below is stocked or made to order in the same factory, so a shower build-up, a heated floor and the framing behind it can ship on one container.

XPS Tile Backer Board
Waterproof XPS board with fiberglass mesh and cement coating — the substrate for tiled shower walls, wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Also made as shower trays and niches.
- 6 / 10 / 12 / 20 / 30 / 50 mm
- 1200×600 · 1220×2440 mm
- ≈ 300 kPa compressive
Hydronic / Electric
Dry Floor Heating Panel
Ω-grooved aluminum, graphene or XPS heating modules with a heat-spreading foil layer. Hydronic pipe or electric cable drops straight in — no screed, no drying time.
- 16 / 20 mm pipe
- 100 / 150 / 200 mm groove spacing
- 300–500 kPa (up to 1200)
Crack isolation
Uncoupling Membrane
HDPE membrane with fleece backing in cut-back grid format. Decouples the tile from substrate movement, manages vapor and adds a second waterproofing layer under tile.
- 1 m × 30 m rolls
- ≈ 0.4–1.0 mm
- Concrete · screed · wood · backer board
Snap-Lock
Quick-Installation Metal Studs
Aluminum and galvanized C-studs, U-tracks, corner joints and anchor connectors that lock backer boards in place. Framing in minutes with no welding and no specialist tools.
- 6–20 mm board compatibility
- Partition · TV wall · pipe enclosure
- Tool-light assembly
Insulation
XPS Extruded Polystyrene Board
Closed-cell XPS for floors, roofs, walls, cold storage and wet areas. Straight, tongue-and-groove or shiplap edges, with flame-retardant masterbatch and custom machining.
- 20–100 mm
- 150–1200 kPa by grade
- ≈ 0.030–0.034 W/(m·K)
Custom extrusion
Aluminum Fabrication
Custom extrusion, CNC machining, anodizing and finishing for OEM/ODM buyers — trim profiles, transition strips and structural parts made to drawing.
- 6061 / 6063 / 6082 / 7075
- ±0.01 mm tolerance
- Up to 6–7 m length

Which system do I need?
Tiling a shower or wet room
Start with tile backer board as the waterproof substrate, add snap-lock studs if the wall has to be built out, and use uncoupling membrane where the substrate is concrete or timber and movement is a risk.
Installing a heated floor
Choose dry heating panels for low build-up and fast commissioning, or plain XPS board under a screed system when the project specifies a wet build-up.
Insulating before you tile
XPS board handles thermal and compressive duty under slabs, inverted roofs and cold rooms; the cement-coated backer board version is the one that takes adhesive and tile directly.
Needing a custom profile
Aluminum fabrication covers trim, transition and structural parts to drawing, including anodizing and powder coating, with tooling quoted per profile.
